Scope of Services AGM provides professional general contracting, home improvement, handyman services, and warranty programs. Specific services may include, but are not limited to: • Home repairs, maintenance, and remodeling • Plumbing, drywall, and electrical work • Warranty coverage and service calls under our monthly subscription program • Other related contracting and home improvement services We reserve the right to expand, limit, or modify the Services at any time. ⸻ 2. Service Appointments 1. Scheduling: Customers may request service appointments online, by phone, or in writing. Appointment times are scheduled based on availability. 2. Access: Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location. If a technician cannot gain entry, the service may be rescheduled and a service fee may still apply. 3. Rescheduling/Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. ⸻ 3. Warranty Services 1. Coverage: AGM offers a monthly home warranty plan for eligible systems and components (including drywall, plumbing, and electrical systems). 2. Monthly Fee: Warranty coverage is billed at $75 per month (unless otherwise agreed in writing). 3. Service Fee: Each approved claim is subject to a $75 service fee, payable at the time of service. 4. Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not extend to: • Pre-existing conditions • Fraudulent claims • Cosmetic defects • Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs 5. Claim Procedure: Claims must be submitted promptly, and AGM will arrange a service call within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 72 hours. ⸻ 4. Estimates, Payments, and Billing 1. Estimates: Written estimates are provided upon request and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. 2. Payments: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. 3. Deposits: Certain projects may require deposits or progress payments. Failure to pay as agreed may result in suspension of services. 4. Late Payments: Past-due accounts may accrue interest, late fees, and collection costs. ⸻ 5.
